Our club combines a full range of fitness and exercise equipment, Master Classes and seminars for Women. We have personal trainers, custom tailored programs, group health and fitness classes. Although we are a Full Service Health Facility and it's all good; Classes are what we do BEST. You will not find Aerobic Classes done better anywhere in the State of New Jersey.
